To receive a refund please complete the top section of the forms below and detach the address label below, attaching it to the outside of your return. Please include the completed top section inside your return. If you are unable to print off this form simply use the return address below and include your name and order reference number inside the parcel.

Return postage charges are at the cost of the customer. We recommend using a registered service that includes adequete insurance coverage.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition complete with all packaging, labels and tags to be eligible for a refund.

Please package your items well to ensure they do not get damaged in transit. Items not returned in a sellable condition will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you require a different item please place a new order online for the relavant item. When your return is received it will be refunded via the original purchase method, minus any original shipping fees.

You will be notified when a refund has been sent. Please allow up to 10 days after you have been refunded for the funds to appear in your account.

Purchases made online must be returned to the address below. Our retailers are unable to accept returns from our online store.
