POSITION VACANT: ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

Endeavor Design Inc. was founded in 2002 in Vancouver, British Columbia as a Snowboard Manufacturing company and today we design and manufacture three global brands selling to 35 countries and 2,000 retailers.
We are a small dynamic business that has a vibrant and fast paced culture and are seeking to employ a standout all round Accounts Administrator to become an integral part of our team.
There is great variety in this role, so the successful applicant will be a person who is flexible, can adapt quickly, wear many hats and multi-task with an enthusiastic 'can do" attitude.
PRIMARY TASKS (but not limited to):
o Accounts Payable
o Processing payments
o Processing Tax returns
o Reconciling multiple bank accounts
o COGS tagging
o Entering Purchase Orders into Inventory System
o Entering Prebook Orders into Inventory System
o Banking
o Supporting Finance Administrator
o General administration
o Monitoring, maintaining, and ordering office supplies
o Organizing office repairs, maintenance
o Cleaning and tidying of the office
o Sales support
SKILLS:
· A degree or diploma in Business Administration or Accounting beneficial
A strong understanding of accounting and inventory programs
Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
Deadline orientated with the flexibility and adaptability to changing work loads
· Clear communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A can-do attitude, and the natural inclination to solve problems and look outside the square
The successful applicant will have 2+ years of professional accounts and administration experience in an office-based role.
