Our Drylite Airtube is a lightweight versatile neck gaiter which is perfect for spring conditions.

It's a neck gaiter, or neck tube, for spring snowboarding and skiing. Wear it around your neck, or pull it up over your face, and it stays put and seals out wind without a seam across the nose.

Pull it up and the original Airhole sits at your mouth, so your breath goes out instead of up into your goggles. That cuts fog and moisture build-up while you keep the tube up.

Drylite is light and wicks moisture. On our warmth scale Drylite is a Warmer days fabric, for roughly +5 to −5°C.

Sizes: S/M fits heads 50–55 cm, M/L fits 55–60 cm.

Technology

Airhole Breath Hole

The signature Airhole lets warm breath escape instead of rising into your goggles, so they stay clear.

Breathe Free

The Airhole opening vents breath and excess heat, cutting fog and moisture build-up while you keep the tube up.

Soft Stretch Fit

A soft stretch tube pulls up over your face and stays put, sealing out wind without a seam across the nose.

Warm & Dry Drylite Fabric

Breathable Drylite Fabric traps warmth while wicking moisture and drying fast — dry and warm through the coldest days.

Origin

Built by riders

Fed up with wet, frozen masks in the backcountry, Canadian pro snowboarders Chris Brown and Kale Stephens took to Kale's grandma's old sewing machine and cut up worn-out jackets until the fit was right. The result was the patented Airhole Breath Hole. Today it's worn by our global team, from Terje Haakonsen and Roope Rautiainen to Yuto Miyamura.

Frequently asked questions

How cold can I ride it?

It depends on the fabric. Warmest to lightest:

  • Coldest days, -10 to -25°C (14 to -13°F): Polartec® Shearling Fleece, 10K Softshell
  • Cold days, -5 to -15°C (23 to 5°F): Polar Fleece, Milk Fleece, Polartec® Power Dry
  • Everyday, 0 to -10°C (32 to 14°F): Microfleece, Drytech, Waffle Fleece, Polartec® 100, Merino
  • Warmer days and hiking, +5 to -5°C (41 to 23°F): Drylite, Hyper Hole

Riding at -20°C and below, or in big wind? Go Shearling or Softshell.

Does it fit under a helmet?

Yes. The hinged balaclavas have a shaped face panel that sits flat under a helmet without bunching, and folds down when you need to eat, drink or breathe. Airtubes pull up over your face and stay put under a helmet and goggles. Riding an Airhood with a helmet? Pick the Helmet Fit version.

Will my goggles fog?

That's what the Airhole is for. Warm breath goes out through the mouth opening instead of up into your goggles, so your lenses stay clearer and the mask doesn't turn clammy. The Laser styles do the same job through laser-cut micro-airholes.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping on orders over $70 in North America. US prices include all duties and taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay at the door.

Can I return it?

Full-priced items can be returned within 14 business days, unused and in the original packaging with your receipt. Sale items are final sale. Email info@endeavordesigninc.com to start a return.

What size do I need?
