I am 5'11 and 185 pounds. I ordered a large Anorak jacket. Quite happy with the product. The large size fits well if you wish to wear layers. Medium would probably fit OK also but not sure about the fit if you had multiple layers. My criticism of the jacket is regarding the bungee at the helm and on the hood that does not tighten properly. The plastic clip slides and slips the bungee will not stay tight. It would be an easy fix to use a larger bungee and better clip. I quite enjoy the jacket.
