Contact length is the measurement from tip to tail of the edge that touches the snow when the snowboard is weighted, determined by the camber profile.

The long nose and tail combined with 3D camber give the Apollo a unique ride; the short effective edge makes it nimble and quick to turn but the overall length ensures stability.

Inertia Carbon Rods

Unlike traditional carbon layups, our Inertia Rods are made the same as fishing rods. This produces incredibly strong, 3D rods with a variable diameter that can be tailored to produce specific rates of flex and rebound in any direction. This results in unparalleled rates of response, predictable and consistent flex and durable strength.

Smoothride Sidewalls

Winner of the ISPO Innovation Award, Smoothride Sidewalls are infused to the wood core. Urethane sidewalls reduce vibration and impact, similar to how urethane skateboard wheels create a smooth ride on rough concrete. Dampening the ride, reduces board chatter and leg fatigue and provides the smoothest ride ever.

3D Camber

3D camber simply bends up the contact points on the board, allowing the base surface to run as long as possible while eliminating the contacts from catching while flat basing on cat tracks.
