Apollo. Shelter. Scout Park.

Kit 02 is up on The Kit. This one's for the backcountry: the Apollo, the 3L Shelter Jacket in Fiber over an Aeroshield in Cloud, and the 3L Scout Park Pant in Woodland Camo, with a Sandbox helmet and goggle, an Airhole balaclava, Transform mitts, and our own boots and bindings. Head to toe, all four brands, and that's Max in the photo.

Kit 01 was a studio shot. Kit 02 is out in the field: a ridge on a clear day, with the board on Max's pack. Out here everything you wear has to work on the way up as well as on the way down.

   Low profile and brimless, with a back dial Fit System and the Trip Clip, which slides into three positions to work around your goggle strap. CE EN 1077 Class B.

   Made to pair with the Icon helmet. The lens comes out on magnets and clips: the purple iridium in the shot, and a yellow low-light lens in the box for stormy days.

   Laser micro-airholes spread your breath out, so it doesn't rise into your goggles. Power Dry wicks and dries fast, which is the point on a high-energy day like this one.

   3-layer, 20,000mm, fully seam sealed including the hood, with Aquaguard waterproof zippers throughout. Underarm vents, a helmet-compatible hood, a Napoleon chest pocket and a season pass sleeve pocket.

5. 05Insulated jacketEndeavor Aeroshield Insulated Jacket, Cloud

   Polyfill insulation under a nylon ripstop shell, with stretch side panels, and it packs down. It's the warm layer under the Shelter here; on a dry day it works on its own.

6. 06MittsTransform KO Mitt, Black

   A 20k ripstop shell over PrimaLoft® Gold Cross Core, with Hipora® inserts and a finger stash liner. A full grip palm, and touchscreen thumbs so the mitt stays on.

7. 07PantEndeavor 3L Scout Park Pant, Woodland Camo

   3-layer, 20,000mm, seams taped on the inside. A relaxed fit, cinched boot cuffs, an elasticated drawstring waist and four secure pockets.

8. 08BootsEndeavor Scout Boot

   Lace-up, with a heat mouldable liner and reinforced lace loops. We chose laces over dials so we'd have no issues on a snowmobile or jumping out of a snow cat.

9. 09BoardEndeavor Apollo 2027

   Our directional freeride board. 3D camber floats in powder and grips through chop, and Inertia Carbon Rods keep it snappy edge to edge.

10. 10BindingEndeavor Scout Binding

    All-mountain, with an adjustable highback and forward lean. Works with inserts and The Channel™, with screws for both in the box.

The Apollo is the board in the shot. It's a directional shape with a short effective edge and a longer nose and tail, so it turns fast and rides long. Under the graphic by Maks Eidelson there's tri-axial fibreglass over a poplar and paulownia core, an ISO Speed 7500 base, and 95A SmoothRide urethane sidewalls to damp vibration on hard snow.

It comes in 154, 156 and 158, plus 160 Wide and 162 Wide. For powder, size up for float. To bomb everything, run your normal size.

The Shelter and the Scout Park are both 3-layer with a 20,000mm membrane, and both carry RUDOLF's BIONIC-FINISH® ECO, a fluorine-free water-repellent finish, so water beads up and rolls off the face fabric. Neither has insulation in it. The shell handles the weather and the warmth goes underneath, so you can add or take off a layer as the day changes.
