• Free shipping on all orders over $70 across Canada and the USA.
• Under $70, flat-rate shipping is $18.95 (CAD in Canada, USD to the USA). USA orders can’t ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
• International orders have a minimum order value: CAD $250 for most items, and CAD $300 for snowboards and rolling luggage. Below that, no shipping option shows up at checkout — it looks like we can’t deliver to your country, but it’s the size of the order, not the country. We set a minimum because freight on small international parcels costs us more than the order is worth, and it’s what lets us keep shipping worldwide at all.
• International rates are calculated at checkout based on where you are. Duties and taxes charged on delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
• Orders ship from Canada. You’ll get tracking by email as soon as yours is on its way.
