Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over $70 across Canada and the USA. Under $70, flat-rate shipping is $18.95 (CAD in Canada, USD to the USA). USA orders can't ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Most US orders arrive in 5–10 business days.

Every order is delivered duty paid. We cover the duties and taxes — in Canada, in the USA, and worldwide through DHL — so the total at checkout is what you pay, and nothing is collected on delivery.

International orders have a minimum order value: CAD $250 for most items, and CAD $300 for snowboards and rolling luggage. Below that, no shipping option shows up at checkout — it looks like we can't deliver to your country, but it's the size of the order, not the country. We set a minimum because freight on small international parcels costs us more than the order is worth, and it's what lets us keep shipping worldwide at all. International rates are calculated at checkout based on where you are.

Tracking can take a day or two to come through. You'll get it by email as soon as your order is on its way.
