Rider-owned since 2002. Certified B Corp since 2022.
We started Endeavor Design Inc. in 2002 to make snowboard gear we actually want to use. In 2022 we certified as a B Corp, so the way we treat our crew, our partners and the mountains gets checked by someone other than us.
Since 2022 our score has gone from 84.9 to 86.7, and we're still working on it.
