Endeavor Free Ranger Pro Snowboard
ENFRRG-PRO-153
Designed for Exploring.
The Free Ranger Pro is our wide directional freeride snowboard. Built wide and set back. Taper and hover camber sink the tail and lift the nose, and the width keeps your toes and heels off the snow when you lay it over. Hover camber keeps camber underfoot for edge hold, with early rise to lift the nose out of the snow, and the generous width adds float.
Medium flex. There's no plastic topsheet: the top layer is Phonon pre-tensioned fibreglass with pre-cured carbon stringers woven in, over a poplar and paulownia core. Underneath is an ISO Speed 7500 base, with 95A SmoothRide urethane sidewalls to damp vibration on hard snow. 12 mm of taper on every size. 4x2 inserts.
CHOOSE YOUR SIZE
- Powder: Size up for maximum float.

Pre-Tensioned Fibreglass
Phonon pre-tensioned fibreglass, with carbon stringers woven in, is laminated under tension, so it stores energy as the board flexes and releases it as you come out of a turn or pop off a lip. No plastic topsheet, no wet-laid top glass.
Effortless Float
Taper and hover camber sink the tail and pop the nose.
Pre-Tensioned
Phonon pre-tensioned fibreglass with carbon stringers woven in for pop, torsion and less weight.
Generous Width
The generous widths provide float and eliminate toe / heel drag.
SmoothRide Sidewalls
95A urethane sidewalls damp vibration on hard snow.
4x2 Mounting System
Adjust your stance width in 2 cm increments. Compatible with a range of binding brands.
The top layer is Phonon pre-tensioned fibreglass with pre-cured carbon stringers woven in, laminated under tension so it stores energy as the board flexes and gives it back as you come out of a turn. It sits over a poplar and paulownia core. Underneath is an ISO Speed 7500 base, with 95A SmoothRide urethane sidewalls to damp vibration on hard snow.

Effective edge is the straight span between the contact points, where the nose and tail start to rise. Contact length is the part of that edge on the snow when the board sits flat: the same as effective edge on traditional camber, shorter on multi, 3D and hover camber. Binding size is the maximum recommended.

Size guide
Pick a size by rider weight, then check your boot fits the waist.
Boot sizes are a guide, worked out from each size's waist width. If you are between sizes or have wide feet, go for the wider board. Binding size is the largest we recommend.
Frequently asked questions
Start with the Size guide on this page: it lists the rider weight range and boot sizes for every length. For park and rails, size down for easier spins. For jumps or an everyday board, ride your normal size. To charge the whole mountain, size up. If you have big feet or sit between sizes, go for the wide.
Freestyle and park: Pioneer, Ranger, Rover and Sentinel. All-mountain: B.O.D., B.O.D. Pro and Live. Freeride: Apollo, Free Ranger Pro, Maverick, Scout and Trooper Pro. All-mountain and powder: Archetype Pro. Every board page shows its flex, camber, terrain and shape just under the price.
One year from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects. If you bought your board from an Endeavor dealer, take it back to them to start a claim. If you bought it from us online, contact us. The full steps are on our warranty page.
The Archetype Pro, B.O.D. Pro, Free Ranger Pro and Trooper Pro use Phonon pre-tensioned fibreglass with carbon stringers woven in, over a poplar and paulownia core, an ISO Speed 7500 base and 95A urethane sidewalls.
