Changed your mind? Here’s how it works.

The basics

• Full-priced items can be returned within 14 business days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Sale items are final sale. Orders shipped outside Canada and the USA are also final sale.
• We don’t do exchanges — return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.

How to start a return

1. Email info@endeavordesigninc.com with the subject “Return – [your name] – [order number]”.
2. We’ll email you a return authorization (RA) label with the right return address for your country.
3. Ship it back using that label. Return shipping is at your cost — use a tracked, insured service.
4. Email us your tracking number at info@endeavordesigninc.com once it’s on its way, so we can issue your refund as soon as it lands.
5. Please return within 14 business days of delivery. Once we receive and check it, we refund your original payment method, minus the original shipping. Allow up to 10 days for the funds to land.
