Endeavor 3L Shelter Jacket

Jacket fits great, got a large, I like relaxed fit snowgear. Fabric is a nice weight (250 gsm +) its a nice twill construction. Good build quality, cool detail on the 3L seam tape. Great price.

I bought this jacket on the black Friday week, I really like this jacket for the price I got it for but let's talk about the issues with it.

I was disappointed with the colour and yes, I know each ion jacket is supposed to look different but it's like they didn't even try to make the panels similar to their display model. They could have just found any bottom left panel that wasn't fully dark purple and everything would have been ok to me.

Now for the stuff that actually matters. This did not feel like a 20k waterproofing jacket. I got to test this jacket out on a day where it was raining approx 1mm per hour. After about 3 hours I went inside and noticed that I was soaked mid forearm down and things that I put in my pockets were wet, however everywhere else was fine. I should note that my gauntlet style gloves were also completely soaked so that could be why my forearms were soaked and not be because of the jacket. I would need to retest this on another rainy day with better gloves to confirm whether it was the gloves or the jacket.

Would I recommend this jacket at full price? Probably not but I would recommend it if you are getting it for really cheap (close to 70% off), don't mind that it might not be a 20k waterproof jacket and don't care about how the colours turn out.

Before you buy this Jacket, please double-check the size chart, it is very accurate. The quality is really well, great performance.

Unbeatable for the price. A warm jacket considering it is just a shell. In early season or spring great with a long sleeave shirt. Roomy enough fit for some layers, while keeping enough space for mobility. Ordering a size down to use for hiking and commuting, to use with a small puffy, where I won't need as much freedom of movement as snowboarding.

The 3L Shelter is an awesome jacket whether you’re riding super wet west coast mountains or wearing it in the rainy city. It’s lightweight and very waterproof. 5 stars all around. Just be aware that it fits large, so size down when you buy.

I am so impressed with how lightweight and comfortable both the snowboarding pants and jacket are. Also I was skeptical if it was going to be warm and I can garautee you that it definitley is. Warm and very breathable.

Looks, feels and functions great. The fit is a bit weird but other tha. That it’s awesome. It kind of fits somewhere in between a large and medium but with liberties in strange places. Very long but shorter sleeves (which I actually like). Awesome Jacket and a pleasant surprise in durability and waterproofness

Great fitting jacket, super simple and functional for what you need it to be... torso length is just right, arm length is good too so will protect cuff of your gloves... Zipper comes up nice and high to cover your exposed cheeks on those windy chair rides up the peak. Looking forward to the season ahead!!! I am 6'2" 225 lbs on a good day and fit the XL.
