Disappointed

Can’t adjust the actual face mask part. Just falls down very loosely. Very disappointing product. They could make this so much better. Stick with a regular face mask

Works pretty well, but would have a better fit with a helmet on underneath. The second face layer falls down covering the breathing hole

Airhole Airhood Polar helmet 4 stars!!

The quality like all Airhole products is top notch. It’s warm, durable and obviously the patented Airhole keeps the gogs fog free. The only issue I have is the mask part fits really tight on my face. But that might be due to the helmet I have. Once I get a new helmet next season I hope that resolves the only issue. Keep the kickass products rollin’! Maybe think of using some biodegradable material for packaging;)

Great product. Poor communication and tracking updates

The product itself is great. I love it. Would have loved to be able to track my item more precisely and/or to chat with a representative when needed. At one point I wanted to cancel my order, but couldn't. (Since it took more time than advertised on the website).
