Keep it simple and cozy with the Airtube Classic Microfleece. Designed for those who prefer a traditional look and feel, this airtube features soft, lightweight microfleece that offers warmth without excess weight. The classic flat-top design provides comfortable coverage, perfect for everyday winter wear or quick laps in the park. The moisture-wicking properties keep you dry, while the soft fabric ensures all-day comfort, making it a versatile choice for any winter adventure.

It's our classic flat-top Airtube, a neck gaiter or neck warmer for snowboarding and skiing. The soft stretch tube pulls up over your face, stays put and seals out wind without a seam across the nose.

Pull it up and the Airhole at your mouth lets your breath out instead of up into your goggles. On our warmth scale Microfleece is an Everyday fabric, for roughly 0 to −10°C.

Fabric: 100% polyester. Sizes: S/M fits heads 50–55 cm, M/L fits 55–60 cm.

Origin

Built by riders

Fed up with wet, frozen masks in the backcountry, Canadian pro snowboarders Chris Brown and Kale Stephens took to Kale's grandma's old sewing machine and cut up worn-out jackets until the fit was right. The result was the patented Airhole Breath Hole. Today it's worn by our global team, from Terje Haakonsen and Roope Rautiainen to Yuto Miyamura.

Frequently asked questions

How cold can I ride it?

It depends on the fabric. Warmest to lightest:

  • Coldest days, -10 to -25°C (14 to -13°F): Polartec® Shearling Fleece, 10K Softshell
  • Cold days, -5 to -15°C (23 to 5°F): Polar Fleece, Milk Fleece, Polartec® Power Dry
  • Everyday, 0 to -10°C (32 to 14°F): Microfleece, Drytech, Waffle Fleece, Polartec® 100, Merino
  • Warmer days and hiking, +5 to -5°C (41 to 23°F): Drylite, Hyper Hole

Riding at -20°C and below, or in big wind? Go Shearling or Softshell.

Does it fit under a helmet?

Yes. The hinged balaclavas have a shaped face panel that sits flat under a helmet without bunching, and folds down when you need to eat, drink or breathe. Airtubes pull up over your face and stay put under a helmet and goggles. Riding an Airhood with a helmet? Pick the Helmet Fit version.

Will my goggles fog?

That's what the Airhole is for. Warm breath goes out through the mouth opening instead of up into your goggles, so your lenses stay clearer and the mask doesn't turn clammy. The Laser styles do the same job through laser-cut micro-airholes.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping on orders over $70 in North America. US prices include all duties and taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay at the door.

Can I return it?

Full-priced items can be returned within 14 business days, unused and in the original packaging with your receipt. Sale items are final sale. Email info@endeavordesigninc.com to start a return.

What size is it?

Two sizes, S/M and M/L. The size chart is on this page.

Sizing

great product but the sizing seems a little large. I'd return but the product took 2 weeks to be delivered so I'd be looking at a 1 month turnaround for a new one.

Aidan, glad you like the Airtube, and sorry the sizing ran a bit big and the slow delivery made a return feel pointless. Email info@endeavordesigninc.com and we'll help you get the right size without a long wait.
