The Airtube Ergo Drytech is a technical essential for high-output days in cold weather. Made from Drytech Thermal Fleece, it’s warm, quick-drying, and moisture-wicking—keeping your face dry and comfortable even when you're working hard. The ergonomic shape fits securely over your nose and chin, while the patented Airhole allows breath to escape—reducing condensation and eliminating goggle fog.
The Airtube is our neck gaiter, also called a neck warmer or neck tube, for snowboarding and skiing. Wear it down around your neck, or pull it up over your face, where it stays put under a helmet and goggles with no seam across the nose.
The Airhole on this one is welded: the edge is bonded flat instead of sewn, which keeps it light and thin to suit the fabric. On our warmth scale Drytech is an Everyday fabric, for roughly 0 to −10°C.

Riding at -20°C and below, or in big wind? Go Shearling or Softshell.
Yes. The hinged balaclavas have a shaped face panel that sits flat under a helmet without bunching, and folds down when you need to eat, drink or breathe. Airtubes pull up over your face and stay put under a helmet and goggles. Riding an Airhood with a helmet? Pick the Helmet Fit version.
That's what the Airhole is for. Warm breath goes out through the mouth opening instead of up into your goggles, so your lenses stay clearer and the mask doesn't turn clammy. The Laser styles do the same job through laser-cut micro-airholes.

I have huskies so I have zero excuse not to walk/run them in the worst temps. I love Buff too but even they don't stand up to the moisture that builds up over my mouth and nose when I use them as face coverings. Airtube Ergo Polar Fleece has solved it. The vent holes don’t quite do enough to properly vent the exhalation vapor and the mask ends up being well saturated after a few hours of wear. Still retains the thermal insulation benefits but the wet of the mask is a drawback for wearing on a full day in the elements.

I ended up unable to wear this as my glasses and goggles would immediately fog. It proved less effective than a cheap mask I bought with mesh sides.

High quality and good fit, except the air hole is way too high for me. The air hole is above my lips when my nose is covered, guess I can use it as a neck warmer…

The waffle is a cooler and air-ier option than my polar fleece, the mouthpiece is a bit of an upgrade too. Though for wearing underneath goggles the top seam is much thicker and stiffer than the fleece material. This makes it almost unbearable to wear under goggles if you have a bigger bridge of your nose..

I got 2 of the same masks in different prints and one is significantly smaller that my face is squished but the other is comfortable. I got them both in small. The one that fits does keep my goggles from fogging up and is warm though.

The milk fleece is very soft and warm. I’ve worn it for extended periods with windchills –30ºC or lower without worrying about frostbite or my glasses fogging up. The fit is comfortable and I’ve had no issues with it falling down.

Milk Fleece is so soft and warm. Keeps my ears warm as well. Does not fog up my glasses as I breath through the AirHole. Definitely would recommend this mask. I own 3 Airhole face masks in various styles and love and recommend them all.
