The Airtube Ergo Kids Polar Fleece is the ergonomic Airtube, sized for younger riders. It provides a secure fit that conforms to the face, protecting from cold winds while allowing excess heat to escape.
Crafted from our signature Polar Fleece, known for its moisture-repelling properties and soft, cozy feel.
It's a kids neck gaiter for skiing and snowboarding, pre-curved to the face so it seals out wind and stays put with no seam across the nose. Wear it down as a neck warmer, or pull it up over the face.
Pull it up and the original Airhole sits at the mouth: one small oval hole, held open by a moulded silicone ring. It lets their breath out instead of up into their goggles. On our warmth scale Polar Fleece is a Cold days fabric, for roughly −5 to −15°C.

Fed up with wet, frozen masks in the backcountry, Canadian pro snowboarders Chris Brown and Kale Stephens took to Kale's grandma's old sewing machine and cut up worn-out jackets until the fit was right. The result was the patented Airhole Breath Hole. Today it's worn by our global team, from Terje Haakonsen and Roope Rautiainen to Yuto Miyamura.

- Coldest days, -10 to -25°C (14 to -13°F): Polartec® Shearling Fleece, 10K Softshell
- Cold days, -5 to -15°C (23 to 5°F): Polar Fleece, Milk Fleece, Polartec® Power Dry
- Everyday, 0 to -10°C (32 to 14°F): Microfleece, Drytech, Waffle Fleece, Polartec® 100, Merino, Hyper Hole
- Warmer days and hiking, +5 to -5°C (41 to 23°F): Drylite
Riding at -20°C and below, or in big wind? Go Shearling or Softshell.
Yes. The hinged balaclavas have a shaped face panel that sits flat under a helmet without bunching, and folds down when you need to eat, drink or breathe. Airtubes pull up over your face and stay put under a helmet and goggles. Riding an Airhood with a helmet? Pick the Helmet Fit version.
That's what the Airhole is for. Warm breath goes out through the mouth opening instead of up into your goggles, so your lenses stay clearer and the mask doesn't turn clammy. The Laser styles do the same job through laser-cut micro-airholes.

I have huskies so I have zero excuse not to walk/run them in the worst temps. I love Buff too but even they don't stand up to the moisture that builds up over my mouth and nose when I use them as face coverings. Airtube Ergo Polar Fleece has solved it. The vent holes don’t quite do enough to properly vent the exhalation vapor and the mask ends up being well saturated after a few hours of wear. Still retains the thermal insulation benefits but the wet of the mask is a drawback for wearing on a full day in the elements.

I ended up unable to wear this as my glasses and goggles would immediately fog. It proved less effective than a cheap mask I bought with mesh sides.

Stays dry and keeps you warm. I thought breathing out of my nose would still make this facemask wet like other non air hole masks, but just having the air hole by your mouth keeps it dry around your nose too. Great product that fixes the main problem of all buffs.

High quality and good fit, except the air hole is way too high for me. The air hole is above my lips when my nose is covered, guess I can use it as a neck warmer…

The waffle is a cooler and air-ier option than my polar fleece, the mouthpiece is a bit of an upgrade too. Though for wearing underneath goggles the top seam is much thicker and stiffer than the fleece material. This makes it almost unbearable to wear under goggles if you have a bigger bridge of your nose..

I got 2 of the same masks in different prints and one is significantly smaller that my face is squished but the other is comfortable. I got them both in small. The one that fits does keep my goggles from fogging up and is warm though.
Sorry about the sizing difference. Two masks in the same size shouldn't fit that differently, and that's a consistency problem on our end. Email info@endeavordesigninc.com and we'll swap out the one that's too tight.

The milk fleece is very soft and warm. I’ve worn it for extended periods with windchills –30ºC or lower without worrying about frostbite or my glasses fogging up. The fit is comfortable and I’ve had no issues with it falling down.

Milk Fleece is so soft and warm. Keeps my ears warm as well. Does not fog up my glasses as I breath through the AirHole. Definitely would recommend this mask. I own 3 Airhole face masks in various styles and love and recommend them all.
