It's a water sports helmet for wakeboarding, kayaking, whitewater and the cable park. The flexible EVA liner is built for water, and the ABS shell keeps the Classic 2.0 brim. The Low Rider is certified for water sports (CE EN 1385), not for snow, so for snowboarding or skiing pick the Classic 2.0 Snow.

These measurements are based on the head form standard sizes we do our certification testing on, and will vary depending on head shape, size, and hair.

The ones with MIPS in the name: the Classic 2.0 Snow MIPS (Kids to XL), the Icon Snow MIPS, the Icon Brain Bucket MIPS and the Profile MIPS. MIPS® is a low-friction layer inside the helmet that helps reduce rotational forces in certain impacts.
Our Snow helmets are certified to CE EN 1077:2007, Class B, for alpine skiers and snowboarders. Street and Low Rider models carry skate/bike or water-sports certification instead. The exact certification for this helmet is under Technical specifications on this page.

Sometimes buying a helmet online can feel like a gamble but after reading about the product, referencing the sizing chart and reading customer reviews I chose this style which others mentioned runs slightly smaller. Out of the box it was perfect. Slick style, subtle print, amazing fit and so comfortable. I was extremely happy to receive my new helmet in the mail. It’s so sick, fits great and you can see the quality. The only thing I’d say is, I had to order the ear flaps separately, which I didn’t realize until the helmet arrived. So Instead of $70CA it ended up being like $110 all together. That being said, I love my new helmet the design is super modern and sleek.

I’m built like an angel fish. Big head. It takes a bit for padding to compress but helmet is fitting pretty darn good. & considering it’s replacing a 60s pudding basin of my Pop, well it’s all better.
